SoGlob Appoints William Lansing and Thomas Kendra To Advisory Board

Additions Fuel SoGlob’s Global Expansion in Software eCommerce Space

Redwood Shores, CA– August 16, 2011 – SoGlob, the leading eCommerce and partner management solutions provider for Software and Software-as-a-Service companies, today announced that William Lansing and Thomas Kendra have been appointed as directors on SoGlob’s Advisory Board.

The appointment of these new board members serves as another milestone in SoGlob’s growth, particularly in the US. Other recent significant developments include the appointment of Carl Theobald as president and chief executive officer, and the $5.5 million investment from the 3TS Cisco Growth Fund.

William J. Lansing has extensive eCommerce experience, having served as CEO and director of a number of public companies including InfoSpace, ValueVision Media, NBC Internet and Fingerhut. Mr. Lansing was a partner at the private equity firm, General Atlantic Partners, and also served as vice president of Corporate Business Development for General Electric in addition to being a member of General Electric's Corporate Executive Council. Mr. Lansing currently serves on the board of directors of RightNow Technologies (NASDAQ: RNOW), a SaaS CRM societe, and FICO (NYSE:FICO), a decision analytics societe.

Thomas Kendra is a veteran of the IT industry, with over 30 years of experience and numerous executive and board level roles, including his current role as a member of the executive board of directors for ACG Silicon Valley, a leading organization for senior M&A and corporate development executives. Previously, he was the executive vice president of the enterprise products and solutions business line at CA Technologies, Inc. (formerly Computer Associates) and also served on the board of directors of Pareto Networks. Additionally, Mr. Kendra was the group president of the security and compliance group at Symantec Corporation.
